When a slab is cracked through, settling, or failing at the base, patching it only buys a season. We tear out the old concrete and pour it back right.
We handle the whole replacement: demo and haul-away of the old slab, re-grading and compacting the sub-base, then forming, reinforcing, and pouring the new concrete.
Most failures we see start underneath, not on the surface — which is why a repour that skips the sub-base work fails again. We rebuild what is under the slab before anything gets poured.
